PILATES 

Pilates is a workout focusing on your core strength as well as for conditioning your full body, improving your posture, flexibility and strenght while shaping and toning your body.  The result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalised and moves with ease.  Suitable for men and woment of all ages and levels of fitnness.

TAI CHI 

An enjoyable and effective way to reduce stress, creating balance and harmony.  Avoid mental & physical stress with flowing movements, deep breathing and tension release.  Increase flexibility and power of legs and spine, balance and co-ordination and much more.  A low-impact internal martial art, suitable for people of all ages and state of health sometimes referred to as mediation in motion.  It reaquires no special equipment or clothing and can be practiced almost anywhere at any time, alone or with others.  Some of the health benefits range from : realigned posture, improved balance, reuced blood pressure, increased flexibility and muscle development, increased blood circulation and improved immunity.  A different and fun way for men and women to get fit and healthy.
