TAI CHI - FEW PLACES LEFT
An enjoyable and effective way to reduce stress, creating balance and harmony. Avoid mental & physical stress with flowing movements, deep breathing and tension release. Increase flexibility and power of legs and spine, balance and co-ordination and much more. A low-impact internal martial art, suitable for people of all ages and state of health sometimes referred to as mediation in motion. It reaquires no special equipment or clothing and can be practiced almost anywhere at any time, alone or with others. Some of the health benefits range from : realigned posture, improved balance, reuced blood pressure, increased flexibility and muscle development, increased blood circulation and improved immunity. A different and fun way for men and women to get fit and healthy.

HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY-INTERVAL TRAINING) - THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED
HIIT is an activity based class where one does a series of different exercises by working out smarter and not harder. It's a full body workout to target multiple muscle groups to tone muscles, improve cardivascular fitness and build endurance. HIIT is a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity and rest. Each exercise is 30 seconds followed by 10 seconds of active rest. This increases in time as fitness levels improve. Improve your cardio fitness and your strength in this fun exercise class for men and women, no equipment needed just bring water.
